Now this is a MC who gets things done.
The side characters and supporting casts in this anime adds a lot to it, they aren’t there just to fill a role (aka Friend A). I feel like the studio is trolling us. There’s way too many foreshadowing of Kaori’s imminent death.
The mother had good intentions. You know who else had good intentions? Hitler. I still think she’s a horrible mother. At least Kousei found closure.
This show is better than Absolute Duo in the harem+school+fantasy+fight/battle category. Better execution on the comedy and story’s pace. Plot is more interesting. Rather than random “Lukifers”, it’s using past lives. Two strong female leads backstories. Plus plenty of action too in either of the first two episodes. Will be keeping an eye on this one.
Humor. Twin-tails imouto type with onicomplex. Good 😛
Another one this season is Unlimited Fafnir, but it doesn’t have the appeal of Absolute Duo or World Break. Only male character in all girl’s school, just like Seirei Tsukai but the humor is off, wasn’t funny.
Pacing makes no sense either, first episode met the girl all naked, then second episode was spent with the two in a room talking. No action.
Probably won’t blog Fafnir unless something really interesting happen, but I’ll keep watching it (or skimming through the episode).
Not as much drama as I thoughT, just the struggles of a kid dealing with an abusing mother and the trauma of her death. Oh, and he’s not sick, it’s Kaori. Looks like things are picking up for him, he found a reason to play, and she’s going to die or something.
Such is drama. -_- (I really hope I’m wrong).
This anime made Piano interesting, but classical music isn’t my thing. Maybe after this I’ll go re-watch Detroit Metal City. Need to offset the crying and stuff in the upcoming episodes. Q_Q
Need to add, Watari is a good bro. Offers good advice to his friend and provides support when needed. No relationship drama here. Just the medical kind. Well, sucks for Tsubaki, but I have a feeling she’ll understand. They’re childhood friends and are like siblings.
Holy cow, the production values for this show are off the charts. The Blu-rays for this will be even more amazing I hope.
Aesthetics aside, I can feel like I will not enjoy this show. Because, childhood friends, new girl, love triangle, etc. Drama. This is a drama.
Going to be no comedy here. Also, main character has some kind of disease for sure, the way Tsubaki guarded him from picking up that broken glass…
Ugh, it’s such a nice looking show. I’m not in the mood for another White Album, Air, Kanon, etc -_-
